Payroll isn't just a matter of accuracy—it's a matter of trust. Every month, the employees at your company rely on one thing: that everything is correct, on time, and compliant with legal requirements. If you thrive on this responsibility, are well-versed in DATEV and German income tax and social security law, and are ready to take on full payroll responsibility in a rapidly growing international company—then this position is made for you. We’re not looking for someone who simply fills a position. We’re looking for a payroll specialist who brings structure, expertise, and the drive to actively develop processes from day one.
Why us?
We are Services4-IT—the Hungarian subsidiary of accompio, an international IT service provider with over 700 employees, all of whom work for German clients. Our expertise spans networking, security, development, DevOps, infrastructure, data centers, and Level 2/3 support.
At our Budapest office, around 60 colleagues work in a hybrid model—with flat hierarchies, a high degree of autonomy, and a team that supports one another—without any unnecessary fuss.
In short: an international environment, a down-to-earth team culture, and a role where your work truly makes a difference.
