We are looking for a full-stack developer to join a 7-person international Scrum team building AI-native products at Services4-IT.
You will work with a modern, Python-centric tech stack, gaining hands-on experience with LLM-based features and agent workflows in production. Our team works entirely remotely, communicates in English, and follows a well-established Scrum process that includes daily stand-ups, clear sprint goals, and a collaborative delivery culture.

Must-haves
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack or backend-focused software engineer.
- Expert in Python — production-grade backend development, clean code, and rigorous testing.
- Expert in PostgreSQL — advanced SQL, schema design, performance tuning.
- Expert in AI prompts — solid experience in prompt engineering within a real-world product context.
- Expert in building AI agents — you have designed, orchestrated, and deployed agent-based workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
- Git expert — branching strategies, code review culture, clean history.
- Fluent English—both written and spoken; our working language.
- React and TypeScript — you can work independently on front-end tasks.
- FastAPI — makes it easy to build and maintain APIs.
- Docker — containerization for local development and deployment.
- Building AI models — a practical understanding, not necessarily at the research level.

Your tasks
- Design, build, and maintain backend services in Python and FastAPI, including database modeling with PostgreSQL.
- Develop and release AI-driven features—including LLM integrations, prompt flows, and agent-based workflows—that are integrated into the actual product.
- Contribute to front-end development using React and TypeScript whenever full-stack ownership of a feature is required.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, well-tested, and reviewable code; participate in peer code reviews and help continuously raise engineering standards across the team.
- Work closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into working software quickly and effectively.
- Containerize services using Docker.
