We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a 7-person international Scrum team building AI-native products at Services4-IT.
You will work across a modern, Python-centric tech stack, with hands-on exposure to LLM-based features and agent workflows in production. Our team operates fully remotely, communicates in English, and follows a mature Scrum process with daily stand-ups, clear sprint goals, and a collaborative delivery culture.

- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack or backend-heavy software engineer.
- Expert in Python — production-grade backend development, clean code, testing discipline.
- Expert in PostgreSQL — advanced SQL, schema design, performance tuning.
- Expert with AI prompts — solid prompt-engineering practice in a real product context.
- Expert in building AI agents — you have designed, orchestrated and shipped agent-based workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
- Expert with Git — branching strategies, code review culture, clean history.
- Fluent English — written and spoken; our working language.
- React and TypeScript — you can work independently on frontend tasks.
- FastAPI — comfortable building and maintaining APIs.
- Docker — containerization for local development and deployment.
- Building AI models — practical understanding, not necessarily research-level.
- Ory (authentication / identity management)
- Grafana, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, DigitalOcean
- n8n or similar workflow automation tools
Ihre Aufgaben
- Design, build and maintain backend services in Python and FastAPI, including database modelling with PostgreSQL.
- Develop and ship AI-driven features — including LLM integrations, prompt flows, and agent-based workflows — that are delivered into the actual product.
- Contribute to frontend development in React and TypeScript whenever full-stack ownership of a feature is needed.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, tested, and reviewable code; take part in peer code reviews and help continuously raise engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into working software quickly and effectively.
- Containerize services with Docker.
