- Successfully completed studies in computer science or relevant IT training
- Knowledge of Citrix VDI or similar products
- Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies
- Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Citrix and VMWare ESX
Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for infrastructures
- Participation in tense and challenging IT projects for companies of different sizes
- Support in the analysis, design and optimization of IT operating processes
- Conception and technical implementation of solutions
- Development and introduction of product improvements
- Provision of high-quality 2nd level support according to ITIL guidelines for existing customers
