At the end of September, the Services4-IT team ended the summer season with an unforgettable two-day team event in Tata. This gathering not only strengthened collegial relationships in the workplace, but also provided opportunities to improve collaboration and stimulate creative thinking.
We discussed our joint successes in detail and our future plans. During the workshop, colleagues had the opportunity to share their thoughts, formulate their expectations and set goals for the coming year. This constructive dialog further strengthened our collaboration and helped set the course for the coming months.
Our unique event, in addition to celebrating business successes, also strengthened the cohesion of our team. Exciting team-building games, a visit to Tata Castle and wellness experiences awaited our colleagues during the program.
