  • Verifiable liability amounting to millions

Your tasks

Strategic Procurement
Strategic management of key product categories and services with full budgetary responsibility—from planning through implementation.

Realize savings
Identify, initiate, and implement concrete cost-saving measures—data-driven and verifiable.


Processes & Structures Development, optimization, and standardization of procurement processes, guidelines, and tools — bringing order where there is chaos.

Cross-functional Projects
Leading cross-functional projects focused on donation transparency and operational efficiency—in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Operations, and all relevant business units.

CFO's Sparring Partner
Direct collaboration with the CFO and senior management — preparing business cases, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.

Supplier Management & KPIs
Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships. Establishing a robust spend cube (TCO perspective, savings, cash flow effects) and defining and tracking relevant KPIs.
