Join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant and take a central role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality solutions within a complex ServiceNow landscape. You will work closely with scrum teams, product owners, and external partners to translate business requirements into robust technical designs that meet compliance, functional, and operational standards. Your profile
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT sector, including at least 3 years of practical experience in the implementation, development or administration of ServiceNow.
- In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow development, particularly in Flow Designer, scripting, application design, and the Service Portal (JavaScript, AngularJS)
- Proven experience in code migration, database change management and data management with the ability to deliver high quality technical solutions in complex environments.
- Confident handling of multi-project setups, conducting user story analyses and translating business requirements into clear technical designs.
- Ability to work effectively with scrum teams, Product Owners and external service providers to ensure alignment between business requirements, compliance standards and operational requirements.
- Experience in service catalog management, workflow design, approval processes, and the full lifecycle of bugs and enhancements.
Your tasks
- Design ServiceNow solutions that meet the business, functional and compliance requirements of current and future projects.
- Work closely with the Scrum team to work through backlog items, clarify requirements and create accurate effort estimates.
- Develop high-value ServiceNow functionalities, including workflows, scripts, integrations and service portal components.
- Support third-party vendors with technical design advice and review of proposed solutions.
- Document solution designs clearly and consistently and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Manage and support production operations, including investigating and resolving escalated issues.
- Coordinate system changes and support lifecycle management, release planning, deployment preparation and post-release follow-up.
- Support the Product Owner in defining and maintaining the service catalog.
- Track and implement bug fixes and enhancements while ensuring quality, consistency and compliance.
- Support data migration activities as required and ensure data integrity and consistency with the service portfolio.
