Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in software development with Java
- Sound knowledge of the Spring framework or alternatively experience with another component framework such as JavaEE
- Confident handling of relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with development tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Jenkins and SonarQube.
- Experience in distributed systems, client-server architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of object-oriented principles, design patterns and clean code development
- Familiarity with architecture and design patterns such as Clean or Hexagonal Architecture as well as REST
Your tasks
- In collaboration with your colleagues in the agile Java development team, you will further develop our successful core product for the future
- Further development of dynamic interfaces as well as client and server components
- Migration of a sophisticated business application to a microservices architecture based on the Spring framework with REST, JSON and JPA
- Implementation of unit and integration tests
- Co-design of the software architecture in the development team
