Join our team as an IT System Administrator and take responsibility for end-to-end customer management in a modern, constantly evolving IT environment. In this position, you will ensure stability, security and smooth processes in customer infrastructures, work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement. Your profile
- You communicate confidently in German at B2 level and use English (B2) without any problems in your daily work and when dealing with stakeholders.
- You have relevant IT training (e.g., IT-specific training or a degree in computer science).
- You have experience in managing Windows client environments, software deployment tools (e.g., Empirum, Intune), and 2nd-level support.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, endpoint security, or network fundamentals—and are eager to further deepen your expertise.
- You have basic knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language and enjoy automating repetitive tasks.
- They monitor and control our customers' client infrastructures end-to-end—from traditional endpoint management tools to modern cloud-based platforms.
- You resolve faults and process service requests at the second level, document your work in the ticketing system and deliver sustainable, long-term solutions.
- You take full responsibility for workplace management: device setup, software and patch management, security guidelines and compliance.
- You will work closely with customers to plan and implement changes and projects that continuously improve the customer environment.
- They drive process improvements through standardization, automation and clean documentation - using scripts or modern workflow tools if necessary.
- You will work side by side with security, network and cloud teams and actively contribute to the introduction and implementation of new technologies in day-to-day operations.
- You are familiar with ITIL processes such as incident, change and problem management and understand how mature IT service environments work.
- You work independently and have a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work.
