For an international IT environment, we are looking for junior IT support specialists with 1–3 years of experience in user support who would like to work in a structured, Microsoft-based workplace environment. The position is ideal for career starters or junior profiles who would like to further develop their IT support career on a stable professional basis.

Your profile

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in IT support/user support
  • Good practical knowledge of:
    • Windows
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • MS Intune
  • Experience in using ticketing systems
  • Very good English skills for daily communication
  • Structured, service-oriented, and reliable approach to work
  • Quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
Advantageous
  • knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work onsite or travel occasionally
  • Experience in international IT environments
  • Initial contact with workplace or endpoint projects

Your tasks

  • Providing first-level IT support for end users
  • Processing and tracking tickets, as well as analyzing and solving IT problems
  • Support for users in Windows and MS Office environments
  • User support for Microsoft Authenticator:
    • User manual
    • troubleshooting
    • Knowledge up to Admin Center maximum
  • Operate and support MS Intune at the user level
  • Collaboration with remote and onsite team members in an international setup
