Your tasks
- Providing first-level IT support for end users
- Processing and tracking tickets, as well as analyzing and solving IT problems
- Support for users in Windows and MS Office environments
- User support for Microsoft Authenticator:
- User manual
- troubleshooting
- Knowledge up to Admin Center maximum
- Operate and support MS Intune at the user level
- Collaboration with remote and onsite team members in an international setup
