Your profile

  • Proven experience in IBM MQ on mainframe
  • Active knowledge of German
  • Ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your tasks

  • Implementation of the MQ requirements according to customer requirements in accordance with existing specifications (if necessary, clarification of the requirements with the customer)
  • Development, introduction and provision of standard procedures and concepts for the MQ products in accordance with existing specifications
  • Implementation of quality assurance and optimization measures (failover tests, etc.)
  • 2nd&3rd level support in the event of malfunctions in product operation for the MQ products, troubleshooting
  • Ongoing standard monitoring of MQ products
  • Installation, configuration of MQ products according to existing specifications
  • Processing of tickets and orders according to existing orders from the Incident, Change Mgmt and Bamsstool
  • Independent implementation of regular updates of MQ components
  • Providing on-call services on behalf of customers to ensure that the SLAs agreed with customers are fulfilled in accordance with existing specifications
