Field Service Technician – IT Equipment Migration Project | Bremen, Germany

As part of the accompio Group, we provide IT services to international clients, primarily in the DACH region. We are launching a comprehensive workstation migration project for our aerospace client's site in Bremen. The scope includes: replacing existing endpoint devices, delivering and setup the new hardware directly on-site, and collecting the old equipment. The position will be filled through Services4-IT Kft. in collaboration with our German sister company within the accompio Group.

Your profile

  • Regular on-site presence in Bremen throughout the entire project duration
  • German language skills at least at the B2 level —absolutely required, as there is daily contact with users
  • Experience in field service or general IT support (help desk, rollout, desktop support—all relevant)
  • Practical experience installing Windows systems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle stress in repetitive, structured tasks
  • Openness, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Your tasks

  • Delivery and setup of new workstation computers directly at the user's location
  • Installation of Windows and the custom image via a USB drive (staging)
  • Collecting, documenting and registering legacy equipment
  • Basic Support and Troubleshooting After Commissioning
  • Daily communication with users and the on-site project team
Not required: University degree, certifications, or an advanced technical qualification. In this role, reliability, accuracy, and an approachable, service-oriented attitude
