Your profile
- Completed training in the IT sector, degree in computer science or relevant professional experience in the field of IT security
- Practical experience with leading security solutions such as Microsoft, Exabeam, Splunk, Crowdstrike, Cribl.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructures such as Active Directory, EntraID, M365, Azure, Windows event logs, firewalls, DNS.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber attack processes, attacker tools and their analysis.
- Strong skills in structured data analysis, ideally with regex.
- The ability to communicate complex technical content clearly to customers.
- Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
- Optional: Experience in scripting, automation and SOAR.

Your tasks
- Maintenance and continuous optimization of our customers' cyber defense solutions (SIEM, EDR, NDR, XDR).
- Work closely with our CERT and penetration testing team to combat new vulnerabilities, attacker groups and attack methods.
- Development of use cases and detection rules based on the latest findings, together with internal teams and customers.
- Planning and leading regular customer meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Creation of dashboards and reports tailored to customer requirements.
- Support IT security coordination and planning within our team.
