Your profile
- 1–2 years or several years (up to 10+ years) of relevant experience in software testing
- Solid knowledge of test analysis, test design, and test execution
- Experience in agile working environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Structured, analytical approach to work with a strong focus on clear and precise documentation
- High quality awareness and independent working style
- English language skills at least at B2 level; German language skills are an advantage
- ISTQB certifications (CTFL / CTAL / Performance Testing)
- Experience in banking or other highly regulated environments
- Practical experience with tools such as OpenText Octane, OpenText Functional Testing, Playwright, LoadRunner, JMeter, or comparable solutions
- Experience in test automation and/or performance testing
Your tasks
Your specific tasks will depend on your level of experience and area of expertise and may include the following activities:
- Analysis of user stories and specifications, and definition of test requirements
- Design, creation, and maintenance of manual and/or automated test cases
- Conducting functional, integration, system, and regression tests
- Documentation of test results, defects, and findings
- Support for testing and acceptance processes in the context of releases
- Development and continuous improvement of automated test portfolios (focus on automation)
- Planning, execution, and analysis of load and performance tests
- Close collaboration with developers, subject matter experts, and IT teams
