In this role, you will support the implementation of our group-wide AI strategy and gain direct insight into strategic decision-making processes at the executive level. Working closely with the leadership team, AI strategy leads, Human Resources and operational teams, you will help drive the adoption of AI, identify effective use cases, and coordinate initiatives that integrate AI into day-to-day business processes.

We are looking for a proactive and curious colleague who is eager to explore the practical applications of AI in a dynamic corporate environment.
You bring the following:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Business, or a related field
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation
- Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, or similar technologies
- A structured and independent work style, as well as strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders
- Some experience in project management or PMO work is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Your tasks
As part of the "AI Strategy & Program" team, you will actively contribute to the implementation and coordination of AI initiatives within the group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support for the implementation of the company-wide AI strategy across all companies in the accompio Group
- Identifying and promoting AI use cases and process optimizations across various business units
- Contribute to the development and implementation of AI training and enablement programs in close collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Support for program management activities (PMO), including milestone tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- The go-to resource for the AI power user community, promoting knowledge exchange and the sharing of best practices
- Preparation of management presentations and decision-making documents for strategic discussions
- Monitoring AI market trends and technological developments, and deriving actionable recommendations
