Your profile

  • Well-founded, successfully completed training in the IT environment or IT-ler with relevant work experience and sound IT basic and specialist knowledge.
  • Knowledge of administration of current Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft 365 .
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Team player, enthusiastic and idea generator attitude

Your tasks

  • Constant contact person for the end users of our customers for questions around IT and ensuring the ongoing operation
  • Direct problem solving at 1st and 2nd level focusing on Microsoft® technologies (Windows Client, Windows 10 and O365, mobile devices) and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  • As a ticket owner, responsible from start to finish: Remain the contact person for the customer by recording the service request in the ticket system and keep an eye on the ticket progress
