- Deeper understanding of the problem management process and also technical IT understanding.
- Experience in document creation

Your tasks
- Coordination and execution of reviews, process assessments and ad hoc audits on behalf of management
- Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration (CMDB), Release and Deployment Management
- Support of quality improvement projects, service improvement projects as well as quality offensives as process experts
- Independent control and optimization of processes
- Documentation and control of documentation
- KPI definition and control for shared delivery
- Ensure process compliance based on contractual agreements, agreed SLA, OLA and KPI`s.
- Presentation of KPI performance and process optimization at management level
- Route cause analysis for incidents
- Present closed problem to management
- Support of colleagues in process management
