Your profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Deeper understanding of the problem management process and also technical IT understanding.
  • Experience in document creation
  • Experience in the definition of KPIs
  • Solution-oriented mindset

Your tasks

  • Coordination and execution of reviews, process assessments and ad hoc audits on behalf of management
  • Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration (CMDB), Release and Deployment Management
  • Support of quality improvement projects, service improvement projects as well as quality offensives as process experts
  • Independent control and optimization of processes
  • Documentation and control of documentation
  • KPI definition and control for shared delivery
  • Ensure process compliance based on contractual agreements, agreed SLA, OLA and KPI`s.
  • Presentation of KPI performance and process optimization at management level
  • Route cause analysis for incidents
  • Present closed problem to management
  • Support of colleagues in process management
